all prices quoted are Canadian and here's a basic conversion - (approximate:)
$1 Canadian about = $0.65 U.S.   
$2 Canadian about = $1.30 U.S.
$3 Canadian about = $6.30 U.S.
$5 Canadian about = $3.50 U.S.
